SHENZHEN FRINGE is launched by local designers, in the form of a non-profit organization operating support from the government, bringing art into the urban public space and community and get involved in public life. Shenzhen follows world fringe's spirit of diversity, pioneer and free. It aims to adopt an open, tolerant and independent attitude, focusing on international exchanges and cooperation in diverse cultural and artistic activities, community interaction, education and management executive. 

深圳艺穗（SHENZHEN FRINGE) 于二零一零年由本地设计师发起，得到政府支持，以非盈利机构的形式运营。

通过深圳湾艺穗节这个开放式多元艺术节庆进入公众视野，渗透大众生活，其秉承世界艺穗多样、先锋、自由的精神特质，

旨在以开放、包容及独立之态度，专注于国际多元文化艺术活动的交流合作、社区互动、教育培养及管理执行。
