英途联盟（INTOX DESIGN & COMMUNICATION）成立于中国深圳，作为一家以文化创意技术为核心的国际性知识型创意机构，致力于将国际趋势与本土文化相结合，深刻洞察当前社会的结构调整、消费趋势与市场需求，创造独特的品牌价值及全新的传播体验，制造有影响力的文化事件。
英途联盟团队由一支国际化、多学科、复合型的专家队伍构成，核心成员活跃在品牌传播、创意设计、艺术营销、商业管理等领域；其独特的创作模式融合东西文化于一体，整合各种国际创意资源，充分激发创意潜能，文化融合创新，为品牌注入无限活力，推动城市品质生活的持续发展。
英途联盟主导创办机构深圳艺穗 (SHENZHEN FRINGE) 秉承世界艺穗多样、先锋、自由的精神特质, 旨在以开放、包容及独立之态度,专注于国际多元文化艺术活动的交流合作、社区互动、教育培养及管理执行。由深圳艺穗发起的“深圳湾艺穗节”把已经在世界上70多个城市运作了60多年的Fringe引入深圳；把艺术活动带到城市公共空间和小区，使之进入公众生活。这是由本地设计师发起，以非营利机构的形式运营，将个人兴趣演变为城市公共文化事件的成功案例。

在深圳申办“设计之都”的过程中，策划及设计申都画册，助力“设计之都”的成功申办；
英途联盟被深圳市政府评为重点文化企业，所创立的“老深圳”创意产品为深圳市重点扶持文化项目；

2003年毕业于London University of Arts伦敦艺术大学互动多媒体研究生专业。回国后创办英途联盟，设计作品曾荣获多个国际设计奖项，现主要负责品牌设计顾问及文化创意传播工作，擅长于消费类品牌体验设计及传播，专注于文化管理及生活方式创新研究。作为深圳著名设计创意人，曾担当深圳平面设计协会主席一职，组织策划众多国内重要艺术及设计活动。
1993-1997 深圳大学设计与艺术学院工业设计专业 本科
1998-2001 深圳市朗图品牌形象设计公司 创意总监及联合创办人
2001-2003 伦敦艺术大学传媒学院互动多媒体专业 硕士
2003-至今 深圳市英途联盟文化传播有限公司 创意总监及创办人

2007年创办《凤凰生活》杂志 担当创意总监一职

Decai Zhu was born in 1976, Guangdong. He was graduated from MA of Interactive Multimedia, London College of Communication, and the University of Arts London in 2003. He set up Intox Design & Communication right back from London, which focuses on culture creative communication and media publishing. Furthermore, he is dedicated to public Art event interaction.
In 2010, the founder of Shenzhen Fringe Festival, which was the first fringe festival occurring in Mainland China
In 2011, the main curator of GDC11——the most important design exhibition in mainland China，planning a series exhibitions and activities——including the BACK TO CHINA EXHIBITION and Chinese Characters 24 Hours Exhibition, which had been hold within 13 cities in China
